[Autopolis] Experience Plan
Autopolis, located in Hita City, Oita Prefecture, is Kyushu's only international-class circuit. It is also the venue for the annual Super GT and Super Formula races, Japan's most prestigious racing series.
With a total length of 4,674 meters and a height difference of 52 meters, this is one of the largest circuits in Japan, and you can experience the main course with your own car or motorcycle!

Please note that the reservation is not completed immediately after application.
We will confirm whether it is acceptable and will contact you if you can make a reservation.
If you do not receive a message within 3 days of your application, or if the date of use is approaching, please contact Tourism Sales Systems, although we apologize for the inconvenience.
- Autopolis admission fee (700 yen) must be paid at the time of entry. (Free for junior high school students and under)
- Drinking and driving are prohibited.
- Be sure to wear seat belts.
- Infants up to 6 years old must be in a child safety seat when riding in the vehicle.
- For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please do not overtake the car in front of you or intentionally drive faster than the car in front of you.
- For safety reasons, two-wheeled vehicles will travel behind four-wheeled vehicles.
- Please register at the reception desk by 30 minutes before the start of the trial run on the day of the event.
- Minors must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form for the ride-along experience.
- Please note that runs may be changed or cancelled or waiting times extended without notice due to weather or other conditions.
- Local correspondence will be in Japanese.

Cancellation Fee
In the event that a customer cancels the contract after the contract has been concluded, a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rate per customer on the trip price. In the case of cancellation of the contract by some of the guests in the group, the difference in the number of guests will be charged to each of the guests.
Please contact us during business hours in case of cancellation or reduction in the number of participants. (After business hours, the cancellation will be processed the next day.)
In the event of a refund due to cancellation or reduction in the number of passengers, the refund will be made after deducting the prescribed cancellation fee rate, but the customer will be responsible for any bank transfer charges related to the refund.
