In Bungo Takada, soba (buckwheat noodles) is actively cultivated, and its characteristic feature is that new soba can be tasted twice a year, in spring and fall. The spring soba season begins in late June, and the fall soba season begins in late October.
Spring buckwheat, in particular, is one of the largest planted in western Japan, and its production is the largest in Japan.
At the "Bungo Takada Soba Dojo," opened in 2013, soba maker will carefully instruct even beginners and children so that they can experience soba noodle making in a fun and casual way.
Freshly made soba noodles are available for tasting on the spot. Please enjoy freshly made and freshly boiled soba.

Cancellation Fee
If you cancel the contract at your convenience after the contract is concluded, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the travel fee at the following rate per customer. In addition, if some customers cancel the contract due to the participation of multiple people, the difference price for the change in the number of users (per vehicle / room) from the participating customers to the transportation / accommodation facility, etc. Will be charged respectively.
