Please use same-day sales at the Kitahama Bus Center of Kamenoi Bus and the Kannawa Bus Waiting Area.
(Please note that the number of participants is limited and the event will be sold out.) - The tour may be cancelled suddenly due to snow or other reasons.
- Please redeem your ticket at either the Kitahama Bus Center of Kamenoi Bus or the Kannawa Bus Waiting Area before using.
- For student discount tickets, please present your student ID card at the counter. Please be sure to bring it with you.
- The service schedule differs between weekdays and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Cancellation Fee
In the event that a customer cancels the contract after the contract has been concluded, a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rate per customer on the trip price. In the event of a refund due to cancellation or reduction in the number of passengers, the refund will be made after deducting the prescribed cancellation fee rate, but the customer will be responsible for any bank transfer charges related to the refund.
